Industrial projects background

Built for Precision. Powered by Engineering Excellence.

Joule Engineering Works operates a purpose-built manufacturing facility designed to support precision fabrication for process industries. With advanced machinery, structured workflow zones, and heavy-duty handling systems, our infrastructure enables safe, efficient, and high-quality production of industrial equipment components.

Facility overview

Modern Manufacturing Facility

Our manufacturing unit is located in Halol-Maswad GIDC, Gujarat, within the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor, offering both strategic connectivity and industrial ecosystem advantages.

The facility is developed across approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of land. The workshop layout is structured for optimized production flow, including dedicated areas for cutting, bending, welding, assembly, inspection, and dispatch.

An 18-meter span overhead crane with high clear height ensures safe handling of heavy fabrication jobs. The shop floor is organized to accommodate large structural assemblies while maintaining accessibility, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

Our infrastructure is continuously upgraded to align with evolving industry standards and technological advancements.

Engineered for Heavy & Precision Fabrication

Our facility is structured to support both heavy structural fabrication and precision-engineered components. The shop floor layout ensures smooth material movement, controlled fabrication sequencing, and systematic in-process inspection.

Dedicated zones improve workflow efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. The infrastructure accommodates large assemblies as well as low-thickness fabrication requiring specialized welding expertise.

Close coordination between fabrication and quality teams ensures dimensional accuracy, welding integrity, and streamlined execution. This organized production environment allows us to maintain consistency, minimize delays, and deliver reliable fabrication outcomes for industrial applications.

Our Capabilities
Operational Infrastructure

Advanced Systems Supporting Controlled Fabrication Execution

Our operational strength is built on a combination of heavy-duty machinery, precision fabrication systems, advanced welding infrastructure, and integrated testing equipment that collectively support diverse industrial fabrication requirements.

Lifting & Material Handling

The facility is equipped with a 10 MT overhead crane and welding rotators with 10 MT and 20 MT capacities. These systems enable safe lifting, positioning, and rotation of heavy assemblies during fabrication and welding operations. Efficient material handling ensures stability, safety compliance, and accuracy throughout production.

Cutting & Forming Systems

Our cutting and forming infrastructure includes a plate-bending machine capable of handling 2500 mm width and 25 mm thickness, along with plasma-cutting systems that process materials up to 75 mm thickness. Oxy-fuel cutting, circular band saws, and magnetic drilling machines support accurate shaping and dimensional control for structural and plate components.

Advanced Welding Infrastructure

We operate multiple welding processes, including SAW (1000 Amps), MIG/SMAW (400 Amps), TIG (400 Amps), and AC/DC aluminium welding (500 Amps). This multi-process capability enables fabrication across mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and aluminium with consistent weld quality and structural strength.

Testing & Processing Systems

Our infrastructure includes hydro testing pumps, a 200-ton hydraulic press, electrode and flux heating ovens, portable ovens, and industrial grinding equipment. These systems support inspection, finishing, and validation of fabricated assemblies before dispatch, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with specifications.

Frequently Asked Questions

We support process plant equipment and steel fabrication work, including pressure vessels, skids, heavy structural fabrication, and repair work for static equipment. We also support design and detailed engineering through in-house or partner resources when required.

We work across process industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical plants, power, fertiliser, pharmaceuticals, and food-related facilities where execution discipline and inspection readiness matter.

For a clear offer, we usually need the scope definition, GA and fabrication drawings if available, design basis or datasheet, material requirements, applicable code, inspection plan, and delivery location. If drawings are not final, we can review available inputs and advise what is missing.

We use qualified welding practices suited to the job and maintain step-wise checks for fit-up, welding, and dimensional control. We also keep traceability and documentation aligned to the agreed inspection and testing requirements, so client and third-party inspections are smooth.

Yes. We handle repair work for pressure vessels and related static equipment based on condition assessment, scope definition, and required inspection steps. Share the equipment details and site constraints so we can propose the right approach.

Send your vendor registration format or onboarding requirements along with the project scope. We will share the needed company documents and coordinate on quality system details, capacity information, and commercial terms for account setup.
